Minimum Charge / Troubleshooting Fee
Your time is valuable, and so is mine! 🙂 For this reason, KS Technologies charges a minimum fee for troubleshooting.
For any project or troubleshooting, the minimum time charged is 30 minutes (find the going rate here).
How this works with a Bucket of Hours purchase:
- Troubleshooting time will be deducted from the available hours
- Customers may opt to purchase a Bucket of Hours and roll the minimum charge fee into it
- For example: Bob may choose to purchase 10 prepaid hours at the discounted rate, and KS Technologies will simply deduct the troubleshooting time from the available hours. As a reminder, with Bucket of Hours, there is no minimum amount of time charged, so if 5 minutes of troubleshooting was all it took to identify an issue (or a non-issue), Bob's purchase of 10 hours would still have 9:55 remaining.
- Yes, I understand that 5 minutes is a comically small amount of troubleshooting time. It's simply used in the example to mean "appreciably less than the 30-minute minimum". 🙂
