Minimum Charge / Troubleshooting fee

Your time is valuable, and so is mine! :-) For this reason, KS Technologies charges a minimum fee for troubleshooting.

How this works with a Bucket of Hours purchase.purchase:

Troubleshooting time will be deducted from the available hours Customers may opt to purchase a Bucket of Hours and roll the minimum charge fee into it

For example: Bob may choose to purchase 10 prepaid hours at the discounted rate, and KS Technologies will simply deduct the troubleshooting time from the available hours. As a reminder, with Bucket of Hours, there is no minimum amount of time charged, so if 5 minutes of troubleshooting was all it took to identify an issue (or a non-issue), Bob's purchase of 10 hours would still have 9:55 remaining.
