Honesty in Billing
Beyond the standard troubleshooting fee, KS Technologies will never bill for an issue that was not improved by its services.
This requires a mutual understanding between KS Technologies and the customer. Since KS Technologies is unwilling to take advantage of a customer, but also must guard its own time:
- KS Technologies may refuse business for requests that are deemed outside its scope of expertise
- KS Technologies may limit troubleshooting time for an issue that appears to be unresolvable in a reasonable timeframe (reasonable as determined by KS Technologies)
- Invoicing for services that were not completely resolved may still require payment for other services provided. This may take the form of a discount or refund applied to the invoice, as determined by KS Technologies.
KS Technologies seeks to honor Christ in everything we do. It is my intention to keep that at the forefront of every communication and potential disagreement.
