Initial consultation is always free

You shouldn't have to worry about time when you're explaining your IT needs.

If you have an upcoming project, I want to understand those needs. Whether the consultation is on the phone or in person, let's get into what you're looking for, what some of the potential issues are, and what success looks like to you without needing to watch the clock.

The goals for these consultations will be:

• for KS Technologies to fully understand the need(s)
• define what success looks like in the finished product/project
• establish whether KS Technologies is a good fit (See Honesty in Planning)

If time runs out on the initial consultation due to other obligations by either KS Technologies or the customer, KS Technologies will, in most circumstances, schedule another time to complete the initial consultation. Certainly, any time spent in clarification of the initial project scope and vision will not be charged an hourly rate.
